The IT department at Valiant Management evaluates performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement, develop testing and evaluation procedures. The IT Department conducts or arranges for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members. IT confers with management and conducts surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

IT develops training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. They plan, develop, provide training and staff development programs, using a knowledge base of effective methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

The IT Department reviews and evaluates training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards. They train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for instructing and dealing with employees. The IT Department also coordinates established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures.
